1. secret snowman layer, but it wasn't halloween, it was wintersday. Me and my army of grentchies
2. Shatterened ravines is right. 3. Gate of torment ^^ 4. shattered ravines -.- 5. The wurm was a BIG hint that it would not be poisoned outcrops (no wurms there are another desolation area) #5 left, which I thought would be easy O.o |

2. only thing that comes to mind is the Costume Brawl place, but the NPCs are not there so...dunno.  Maybe somewhere in Shing Jea Island, probably west side.
